Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjørn Jagland, who is visiting Vienna in May for the 124th Session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, will speak at a lunchtime event at the University of Vienna Law Faculty (Juridicum) on 5 May 2014. His lecture will provide an invaluable opportunity for attendees to hear the leader of the continent’s foremost human rights organisation elucidate his views on one of the most significant challenges to face international democracy and cooperation in Europe today.

The event is one in a series of ELI Austrian Hub events held in conjunction with the Juridicum.
