Up to 600 attendees, including neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, basic and clinical researchers, are expected to attend Dopamine 2016. The conference will focus on hot topics in research, diagnosis and treatment of several prevalent brain disorders in which dopamine is involved. Examples are Parkinson’s disease, substance use disorders, mood and affective disorders, schizophrenia and cognitive disturbances. The scientific program will be rich and stimulating with 8 plenary lectures, up to 35 symposia and daily poster sessions. The sessions will span topics from molecular and cell biology to behavior in physiological and pathological conditions.
