Prof. Bjørn Stensaker is a professor in higher education at the University of Oslo, and he is also a research professor at NIFU - the Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education, in Oslo, Norway. His research interests are related to the study of reform and change in higher education, particularly in the areas of governance and leadership. He has published widely on these topics in international journals and books.
