We are pleased to announce the 16th Heart of Europe Bio-Crystallography Meeting, which will be held between 26 and 28 September 2013.
The meeting will take place near the Attersee in the Austrian Region of the Salzkammergut, between Linz and Salzburg.
HEC-16 is being organized by Kristina Djinovic-Carugo and her group from the Department for Structural and Computational Biology at the Max F. Perutz Laboratories, a joint venture of the University of Vienna and the Medical University of Vienna. The insitute is based at the Campus Vienna Biocenter.
As usual, the meeting will welcome a prominent scientist to give the renowned HEC keynote speech. The keynote lecture "Intrinsically disordered proteins" will be given by Peter Tompa, from the Department of Structural Biology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium.
