The Afternoon Talks are a series of lectures that aim at bringing together young researchers and experts from different fields to discuss various aspects of a doctorate and how to prepare best for the next steps in the career.

The 5th Afternoon Talk focuses on funding possibilities for postdocs. The lecture provides a wider picture of the European funding industry and of how the EU institutions work. Amy Radlberger will share her long experience of working in Brussels and talk about getting involved in EU funded projects and the latest news regarding postdoctoral funding possibilities.
