What exactly are tenure track positions? How is the selection process set up? What profile should promising applicants have? What can applicants do in order to improve their chances? What does the career path to a full professorship look like, i.e., how do you get «tenure» and become full professor?

 

The talk is aimed at potential applicants in particular and takes about 30´. Afterwards there will be 30´for discussion and questions.
