The presentation shows results of the period 2010-2017 on groups and their heterogeneity in Cuba. Social relations have changed as part of the process of reforms that began in Cuba since 2010 with the updating of the economical model. We had worked with different social groups: private sector, state sector; professionals, working class people, managers, entrepreneurs; roles of employers and employees; as well as high and low incomes groups . The current situation challenges the role of social psychologists and our capacity to intervene and transform social dynamics.
