In his paper “Abductive Philosophy” Timothy Williamson argues that philosophy already uses a broadly abductive methodology to some extent, and that it should use this methodology to a greater extent and in a more systematic and more self-aware way. This workshop aims at exploring this picture of philosophical methodology.
