In summer 2017 the ESRN organises a postdoc retreat in order to build bridges across the postdoctoral community in environmental sciences. The overall goal is to provide young researchers from the ESRN member institutions with opportunities to network, to sensitize for interdisciplinary research approaches, and to encourage exchange and communication, including guidance in science communication.
