Applying for a Marie Sk?odowska-Curie postdoc fellowship: Insights from a successful applicant

Seminarraum 2 | DoktorandInnenzentrum
Berggasse 7, 1090 Wien

The Marie Sk?odowska-Curie actions research fellowship programme awarded by the European Commission is one of the most attractive research grants for early postdocs. Researchers from all disciplines are invited to submit a proposal in cooperation with a host institution abroad. The generous research funding and the possibility to gain experience abroad attracts a large number of applicants every year. Therefore, the crucial question is “how to distinguish the own proposal from the rest and succeed in the competition with other applicants”. In his talk, Paolo Albano will share his experiences of the application process and provide useful tips for a successful proposal.
